M3Leads Privacy Policy

1. Data Role

M3Leads acts as a "Data Processor" and "Router." We collect business contact information from our Partners and consumer inquiry data from our vetted Media Publishers. Our role is to facilitate the secure and compliant transfer of consumer-initiated insurance inquiries to licensed professionals.

2. Information We Process

For our Partners: We collect name, business email, phone number, agency information, and payment information for billing purposes. This information is used solely for account management, service delivery, and billing operations.

For Consumers: We process insurance-related inquiries (Auto/Home) including contact information, coverage preferences, and routing metadata necessary to match consumers with appropriate licensed professionals.

3. Data Sharing

Data is only shared with the specific Partner(s) selected by the consumer during the quote request process. We do not sell bulk data to third-party "lists." Each consumer inquiry is routed only to Partners who have been explicitly disclosed to the consumer and for whom consent has been obtained.

4. Retention & Security

We utilize 256-bit encryption for all data in transit and at rest. M3Leads complies with CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards where applicable. Consumer data is retained only as long as necessary to facilitate the insurance quote and meet federal record-keeping requirements, typically no longer than 7 years for compliance purposes.

5. Your Rights

Partners and consumers may request data deletion or access by emailing scott@m3leads.ai. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications
