M3Leads Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

M3Leads provides a real-time data-routing platform (the “Platform”) for licensed insurance professionals (“Partners”). Our Platform facilitates the connection between high-intent consumers seeking insurance quotes and licensed professionals capable of serving their needs.

2. Lead Integrity & TCPA

M3Leads warrants that all leads are ingested with Prior Express Written Consent (PEWC). Partners agree that they are solely responsible for maintaining licensed status in their respective jurisdictions. Partners further acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding consumer contact and solicitation.

3. One-to-One Consent

Partners acknowledge that per 2026 FCC regulations, they may only contact leads where their brand or entity was explicitly disclosed to the consumer. M3Leads provides the technical transparency to verify this disclosure via Lead ID tokens. Each lead delivered through our Platform includes verifiable consent documentation demonstrating the consumer’s explicit agreement to be contacted by the specific Partner.

4. Auto-Replenishment & Billing

By adding a payment method via our secure gateway (Stripe/Authorize.net), Partners authorize M3Leads to automatically replenish account funds based on the threshold settings in their Partner Portal. Partners may modify or cancel auto-replenishment settings at any time through the Partner Portal. All billing information is securely processed and stored in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Lead Credit Policy

M3Leads provides a 48-hour window for Partners to request credits for leads with disconnected phone numbers or duplicates. All credit requests must be submitted via the Borderdoo portal with appropriate documentation. All sales are final; no cash refunds are provided for successfully delivered leads. Credits are applied to the Partner’s account balance and may be used for future lead purchases.
